Brief introduction:
Wentao Hu, Ph.D., graduated from University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) in June 2012 and was an associated professor at School of Civil and Resource Engineering in USTB.
The research fields majorly include: processing technology of polymetallic ore, recycling technology of secondary resource, and electrochemistry of resource processing. Especially in electrochemistry of resource processing field, Dr. Hu is the only researcher of USTB who engaged in this field.
A series of scientific research projects including the National Key R&D Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Found of State Key Laboratory of Solid Waste Reuse for Building Materials, the Found of State Key Laboratory of Mineral Processing, and the Found of State key laboratory of new technology of iron and steel metallurgy has been undertaken and completed. The “Formation progress and metallographic structure of iron grain aggregates in reductionsintering system” won the “Excellent Paper Award” of China nonferrous metal society.
Undergraduate and postgraduate courses include: Engineering Design of Mineral Processing; Coal processing and clean utilization.
