Prof. Zhong-an Jiang is a national safety production expert and a leader in the field of safety production in Beijing. His research interests include mine dust control, dust removal equipment development, mine ventilation and safety, and disaster information management. He has hosted 5 National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 Doctoral Fund of Ministry of Education of China and 1 National Key Research and Development Project of China sub-topic related to dust control theory and technology. He won 5 second prizes for provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress, published 7 books, and published more than 200 academic papers.
