Building Environment and Energy Engineering
The Department of Building Environment and Energy Engineering was founded in 2001 and began to recruit undergraduates in 2002. At present, there are two doctoral programs in "heating, gas supply, ventilation and air conditioning engineering" and fluid mechanics, and there is a post doctoral flow station in mechanics. In 2006, he was granted the right to confer master's degree and doctor's degree in fluid mechanics for "heating, gas supply, ventilation and air conditioning engineering", and in 2011, he was granted the right to confer doctor's degree for "heating, gas supply, ventilation and air conditioning engineering".
Research Fields
The Department's research fields of "heating, gas supply, ventilation and air conditioning engineering" involve the research direction of building environment simulation and control, renewable energy building application, passive green building energy supply system optimization and ventilation purification technology. The research direction of fluid mechanics is multiphase seepage mechanics and energy development. It involves fluid mechanics, seepage mechanics, physical chemistry, oil and gas field development, resource engineering, geological engineering and other disciplines.
